    Purchase Season Tickets HEREBOWLING GREEN, Ohio—The 2015 Bowling Green State University football schedule was announced by the Mid-American Conference on Friday (Feb. 27) afternoon. The schedule, which is among the toughest in the MAC, features five home games and seven road games.

  • MAC Names Distinguished Scholar Athletes For Fall Semester

    Cleveland, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced today the Distinguished Scholar Athletes from the seven fall sports during this 2014-15 academic season as 194 student-athletes were voted by faculty athletic representatives at MAC institutions representing the 'best of the best' from each sports Academic All-MAC Teams.

  • Falcons Raise Money Through Kroger's Sacks For Cash Program

    Bowling Green State University football will be on hand next Wednesday (Feb. 11) morning to take part in the annual Kroger "Sacks For Cash" program. The Falcons, who had 28 sacks during the 2014 regular season, donated $700 to the Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank. For each sack during the season, Kroger donated $25 to the food bank.

  • 13 Football Falcons Named Academic All-MAC

    CLEVELAND, Ohio—The Mid-American Conference announced on Tuesday morning the Academic All-MAC team for football, with a record 128 student-athletes earning recognition. 13 student-athletes from Bowling Green State University were honored. To be eligible, student-athletes must maintain at least a 3.2 cumulative GPA. Voting for the Distinguished Scholar Athlete Team will be completed at a later date by the league's Faculty Athletics Representatives.

    BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Head football coach Dino Babers announced today the addition of junior college tight end, Derek Lee, to the football program. Lee has joined the Falcons and will be eligible for the 2015 season. He will participate in practices with the Falcons this spring.
