Refund for on line purchases of apparel and other merchandise may be made if the following conditions are met (We do not refund the cost of shipping the merchandise to you or your costs returning the product to us.)*:
Return must be made within 90 days
Merchandise must be in new condition
Sales receipt must accompany your return
Please note the following:
Sale merchandise is not refundable
Apparel items that have been worn or washed are not returnable
* If we have shipped the wrong item(s) to you we will cover your shipping expenses for the returned merchandise.
We understand that it is not always possible to pick out just the right size, and that some things look better on the rack than they do when you get them home. Provided you have a receipt, we offer full refunds on in-store purchases. The same general conditions as above apply.
Textbook refunds follow a different procedure. Full refunds are only available within 7 days of the start of classes for Fall and Spring semesters. Full refunds are only available within five days of the start of classes for Summer sessions. Please note that this period varies in the summer due to session overlap. As with general merchandise, you must have your receipt. Please note that this deadline applies regardless of when you purchased the book. If you purchase a book after our return deadline, we cannot offer you a full refund for it. You may still, however, be able to sell the book back to us.
